Shipping Policy

All shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

General terms & Conditions

1. Orders processing takes 2-3 working days.

2. We will use a standard delivery courier for local delivery and the customer is not allowed to choose a delivery company.

3. House numbers, street names, and postcodes must be correct and accurate. Failure to do so may risk our courier service being unable to deliver in a timely and prompt manner.

4. Kisa’ Original will not entertain any inquiries about the delay of shipment once your orders have been handled at the courier center. It is the customer’s responsibility to check the status of the item upon ordering after the shipping confirmation has been emailed. Please contact the courier center for further inquiries.

5. If you fail to sign the parcel, please contact the courier center customer service within 24 hours for the next delivery or pickup. Otherwise, customers have to pay the re-route cost if the parcel is returned to us.

6. Unclaimed parcel due to ANY REASONS, customer is required to pay the shipping & handling fees. Please email us for payment and shipping arrangements.

7. If the returned parcel is unclaimed for more than 25 days at our warehouse. The items will be automatic to be disposed of. Any appeals/complaints will be ignored and no refund shall be applied.

8. Strictly no refund for shipping & handling fees.

9. Shipping fee is subject to change at in anytime without prior notice.

Peak Seasons

During peak seasons or sale periods, order processing may be extended longer than the usual lead time due to heavy surges in online orders.

It is advised to place your order 7 days in advance in addition to the regular lead time required for festive periods such as Hari Raya, Chinese New Year, Deepavali, etc.

Shipping Fees

West Malaysia — RM10

East Malaysia and Labuan — RM20

*Some items are calculated by Volumetric weight or their actual weight, whichever is higher.

Courier Services

Once your order is pick-up by the courier service, please contact the courier services for further inquiries.

Please locate your tracking number from Order History, or check the email of Shipping Confirmation and enter your tracking number in the courier website tracking widget to see the status of your order delivery.

Please note that tracking code activation take up to 24 hours once the shipping confirmation email has been sent.

 

IMPORTANT:
Kisa’ Original will not be responsible for any lost/ damaged/ faulty parcel after 7 working days of the tracking number that we emailed to you.
